I started by adding corrosion protectant to the spar where the skins will touch and then reassembled the rear skins onto the spar, clecoed in place and then riveted both sides. No matter how I tried I could not get the wires in a place where they didn&#8217;t rub the skin. Caleb at Zenith had said that I could just smash the ends as an alternative so that&#8217;s what I did. I guess the hinge is not coming out again.
