Happy Christmas!!!
My Christmas present to myself was the installation of the bottom skin, it is starting to look like a wing! To get to that point we had to finish opening all the remaining holes to their final A4 size

Then came the painful task of disassembling everything, deburring all the holes and primed the touching surfaces.
As a change of pace we installed the upper strut fitting on the spar with the supplied bolts.

Note that one of the bolts has to be put in “upside down” or else it will interfere with the skin. With this in place we put the bottom skins and trailing edge back in place; here you can see the upper strut fairing poking out of the skin.

With everything clecoed in place, it was time to rivet everything except along one rib where a spar doubler will be installed later.

Looks pretty cool.
