I got notice a while ago that the wings were going to be here earlier than I thought, I had been expecting mid-late August and yet they were already out for shipping.
I’d been advised that the crate weighted 345lbs and I’d be responsible for unloading it. Um, ok, how will I do that?! Fortunately my in-laws all work in areas that have access to heavy lifting equipment and my brother-in-law very kindly offered his office address as the delivery address and they would unload it and get it to my house.
So today, FedEx Freight notifed me that they had delivered my shipment to the address I specified but since I won’t be home until Friday my brother in law is keeping it there until I get home. When I get home I’ll unpack as much of it as I need to be able to move the crate into the backyard until I am ready for it.
Notice that now the wings have arrived, the project cost has gone up a bit 🙂
