So today marks the one year anniversary of drilling my very first hole in the rudder. Since then I’ve spent 80 hours of work on the project and have completed the:
- rudder
- leading edge slats
- flaperons
- horizontal stabiliser
and I am about 90% done on the horizontal tail. I have no idea what kind of progress I am making but I do have a few shiny objects that I didn’t have a year ago and I’m kinda proud that I’ve done what I have.
The wings arrive this week, I’m looking forward to starting on those though its not going to get real exciting until we see the fuselage take shape….
Well, it will be interesting to see what I have to say in 2012.
